I looove it on a rice cake with avocado! Or celery with cream cheese. So yummy! 

LOL, anything and everything. It's good on salad, too.  

Oh yeah I see people using this all the time on fb page Keto for Women. I saw mini peppers cut in half (cleaned) and stuffed with cream cheese with this sprinkled over the top. Looked good. 

Eggs- so good 

I like it on cream cheese because it reminds me of everything bagels. Little slices of cucumber and protein cream cheese from Aldi (that jcmama discovered) would be good since you’re keto! And I’ve added some to fat free Greek yogurt and used that as a dip for crudités.

I bought the same spice but never remember to use it on anything. And I really wasn't sure when to use it. I am not good at cooking or spices! 

Really good on grilled chicken 

I eat it on top of a rice cake smeared with fat free cream cheese.  

I love it, but a lil goes a long way for sure!!! Friend, so delicious with smoked salmon and cream cheese and sardines and cream cheese 🤤🤤💜💚 

I like this sprinkled on beef short ribs and also on green beans with a pat of butter. Yum! 

Looking forward to seeing what recipes you do using this! 

I add it to fresh slice of tomato, guacamole on toast and even Labne. Yum! 

Thanks. Those are such good ideas. Yesterday I added some to the fathead pizza dough and that worked well.  

on cottage cheese for a savoury snack! or on half an avocado :)  

I’m grain free, so I make cloud bread & use this as a topper. Makes for a good sandwich!
