I began my journey in March 2019 but I got real serious once I found this amazing app and community in June 2019. That is when I was able to see how many grams of what is in the food I am eating, and properly track my intake.
Thankful for everyone supporting me on this journey, seeing your food, and fails, and NSV's, and victories, and low points really help me keep pushing. So keep on!! We got this.
