Hanging in there. Still bad at resisting the cookies at dance but forgot to eat dinner so it balanced out. Maybe if I had eaten dinner I wouldn't have had cookies. Liking the comfortable fit of my pants this week - very motivating to stick to the plan. I calculated that I could hit goal by New Year's if I keep to one pound a week so I am aiming to keep to my objective! Found a great recipe calculator at Happyforks . com - you just type in the recipe and it figures out the totals, instead of on here where you have to go through 3 steps to get one item in - quick cross check to see if something is close, and I also figured out I need to calculate calcium intake to keep up with that, now that I cut out skim milk due to the carbs.
