This weight loss business is tough. I have been very social, not planning ahead for the inevitable higher calorie intake and so have gained back to where I was at the beginning of the month. My ankle still limits my exercise. Been dancing but not rigorously so no real calorie burn there. Will check tomorrow - weight on Mondays doesn't really seem related to what I weigh on Sundays.
