Planning ahead helps and I am trying to stick to the no-bread situation. My date likes to have ice cream after dinner but I might need to steer him to something else less fattening. Dancing tonight, maybe also tomorrow night. Date on Saturday. Missed the gym this week because I am too lazy to go there on my own - will have to work out how to work out at home and I have no excuses not to, plenty of space and there are a ton of workouts on line that use little or no equipment.
Not successful at switching to a much earlier time over Daylight Saving week but next week I will work on it a bit more so I can get home earlier each day and leave early on Fridays too.
One more day and then it's Friday!
