Going to the gym tonight. The book I am using is The RBG Workout: How she stays strong and you can too! Written by her trainer. It's a picture book, with a fairly straightforward workout. Each exercise has 2 versions, one with machines and the other with at-home bands or dumbbells. Then there is a section with floor exercises. I couldn't do the whole routine but I got started and made it 80% through so tonight I will do the whole routine, resting as much as I have to, just to get through all of it. Will also use it to record what weights I am using on the machine. Dancing tomorrow and then Friday I have off, so going blueberry picking with some friends and maybe a picnic. I was really discouraged about my life last night but since I had company coming, I turned on some music really loud and cleaned my kitchen. Played a summer breezy music selection and it hit so many parts of my brain, I feel better about weight loss, love life, home decor, family, etc! I am always surprised when I feel better after listening to music, not sure why I would be surprised as a life-long dancer! Today I am grateful for the support systems I have - thank you all for your support! I know that people come and go, here and in real life - hopefully you are all getting what you need and want out of life! Happy Wednesday!
