hi im an on and off dieter needin to get motivated again. i lost 10 kgs last year and felt great,but knocked off smoking in dec last year and have put the 10kg back on! so its time to go forth and get back on track im 47 years old and live in new zealand have 3 adult sons,am married and enjoy travelling,watching sport,reading,and shopping my hubby and i also converted a bus into a motorhome last year so are havin fun exploring the countryside when time/work allows.
hi an update here... now 2013! sooo am now 52 yrs old and still trying to reach goal, am determined its happening before years end! and am also a grandma of one, otherwise bio much the same.
