Day 1. Countdown to reunion June 6, college reunion. Today I have stuck to the meal prep, made a nice beef and veggie mix for dinner and that completes the plan. I added some chocolate syrup to my protein drink for something sweet. I will go dancing tonight and then have the frittata for after-dance second dinner. There's a town election coming up and I thought it was today but it's in two weeks so I don't have to worry. I joined one gym today, will join the other by the end of the week I think. I like programs in both and the classes in two gyms will be cheaper than getting a trainer. Going to go 4 or 5 days at a time, and so far I think I don't have to buy anything to set up the next few weeks.
