Well, the month has ended with a high! High calories, and lots of visiting with friends! Volunteered this morning at the historical house cleanup, went to redecorate my younger child's apartment this afternoon, and then had dinner with my brother and mom in the city. Beautiful day outside today too! Ate all day and didn't even think of what I was eating. So easy to do! Anyway, May starts in a couple of minutes. 1350 calories average for the month. Will weigh tomorrow to see where that got me but official weigh in is Monday still. My ankle still hurts so my exercise has been down.
