I wish I could block the pictures of food. Don't get me wrong, you all are great photographers, but I wouldn't eat most of what you all are eating no matter how beautiful! Right now I am focusing on staying healthy by eating whole foods prepared at home and by exercising. My gym just started livestreaming classes, so now I guess I have no excuse for skipping a class. I got some weights, will probably go and get more. Made sweet and sour ground pork with cabbage last night - very yummy. The pork was very dry and the sauce was good but lots of sugar. Next time I will use molasses which at least has iron and no ketchup. Maybe more soy sauce. Ha, I am talking about my food like you all care what I am eating after complaining! ha. Anyway, I made a big batch of crockpot eggplant parm and put it into the 3 little crocks so basically pre-prepped servings. Hope it turns out yummy, I will let you know! The macros come out one-plus protein, one carb, 2 fat for one crock but I don't anticipate that I will be able to eat a whole quart of eggplant parm
