I have been back to IF. Fasted 18 hours but had 2 meals today. Grilled cheese with tortilla chips and 15-bean soup for lunch, zoodles Alfredo with mushrooms, roasted broccoli and a little of my roommate's tombstone pizza for dinner.

Ty,everyone! Slow meta, I totally recommend the zoodles, I have become such a fan. It was two meals, but a lot of times I do eat a meal like that in one sitting for OMAD, so you have received fair warning. 😄 I buy that 15 bean soup dried mix and make it in my instant pot. It is so good and so easy and so cheap! Hey knock, I keep meaning to answer you on the other threads and then not doing it, sorry!! Congratulations on your marriage and new little one!! I remember when your husband was the fisherman! Yes, my roommate and I are still plugging along. I will bore fs with our ongoing adventures in home redecorating at another time. Aside from doing a ton of cooking and eating and tv binging, we also adopted 2 kittens in November. LOL I don't know about you,but almost everyone I know adopted (additional) pets this year. We are all past childbearing age, lol.

Well we also adopted two kittens, due to the Covid quarantine! 😅 And they’re absolutely fantastic pets because they’ve been around people constantly for the last year. I look forward to reading about your adventures again, so glad you’re back my dear.
