Monday! I didn't weigh myself today although I have been on Mondays. Gonna go back to Fridays weigh in again just because I am off track. BF is on board with starting up a strict diet again so that will help. Trying to eat the stuff in my fridge that might go bad so not sure how that is going to work but I have a lot of lettuce so no excuse for not having salad as the carb/side food. Got to get ready for winter, clear out the picnic area where I am storing some yard tools and junk. Did post some items on the free site and those are gone so going to go forward with getting rid of more. My uncle is coming to get the car I got for him so I have to clean out that vehicle too.
