I weighed myself today and I seem like I am losing - I have to keep it together for the weekend and not eat so many snacks. I was working outside today, construction job, and I was too hot to eat. I drank some tea that I made, with only a little sugar, so I was hydrated. I have been trying to walk, mostly successful if I can get someone to go with me. Maybe I should get my carriage put together for my birds, that would be a fun walk pushing my birds around in my new neighborhood. I will let you know how it goes!
