I weighed myself today and is looks like I lost a pound already! But I changed my weigh in day to Monday so I am going to wait to record it. Fatsecret has a thing where they are will give you a summary of a week but the week is Monday to Sunday, no matter what day you ask for it, so I am going to weigh in on Mondays and then I can evaluate what I ate depending on whether I lose or not. My friend who used to go dancing with me all the time is also going crazy not dancing. So now we try to go walking, and she is shooting for like, 5 miles a day, which I guess is a great substitute. So I am also trying to walk on a regular basis, as a way to get exercise. I live a block from a bike path and my neighborhood has sidewalks so that could be a good outlet to sub for dancing. Trying to eat right - had some tequila tonight and have to remember to log it! Happy Friday - have a good weekend!
