Potato leek soup, cabbage and fennel soup. these should be good for lunches, maybe with some snapea snacks
Pickled red cabbage should go well with a can of tuna.
Ground lamb with mushrooms, onions, endive, and beans - 3 meals, probably dinners.
Apple sausce and cut up apples with lemon juice for snacks or for breakfast with yogurt or cottage cheese (nonfat).
Roasted tomatillos for salsa. I have celery sticks for this.
Steamed broccolli and steamed brussels sprouts - snack sort of things, but I will probably get some swordfish as I am on a swordfish kick.
I was going to peel and freeze the grapefruit but I think I have to do that tomorrow.
I overate all weekend, one planned day and the next was dinner with my brother who is a chef (seafood paella and cheesecake!). Not logging, just starting over tomorrow!
Hang in there - this week I have been told we have Daily Light Saving time change, full moon, and Friday the 13th!
