I have been line dancing last few days to the youtube. My abs are very very grouchy, so i must be doing something right. (Although i did some shaun t this week too, so he is always good for rope burn sensations in the torso.) I really can't stand it when ppl say some physical activity is so fun that they "forget they are exercising" but it is seriously fun and challenging for me. Plus, it is regular people of all ages, shapes and sizes, so i do like that too.

😂 I do dance 💃 central and zumba 🙈🙈🙈 dancing is great exercise, I get super sweaty from it.

I did zumba and once and thought the hip hop music they played was one, not for me and two, so loud I almost went deaf. I finally went back to self-defense/boxing workout and cycling. May come in handy. I don't know that a 62 yr old hip-hopping will stop a threat.

Claire- that made me smile! ha. I don't forget I'm exercising per se, but trying to keep up with choreography might take my mind off it and it is a little bit fun, I think. I wish I could go to Letty's classes.

@becca, you are so right!! i keep telling rm that studies show dancing helps ward off dementia. I will take all the help i can get! @claire, that made me laugh, imagining you hip-hopping your way out of, like, a bank hold-up. I watch a lot of brooklyn nine-nine.
