Long weekend. I danced Thursday, Unpacked with friends Friday. More unpacking, some cleaning, lunch date and dancing literally 6 hours then dinner date. Sunday I was up ealry, housework, cleaning, and the wake of my friend and coworker. Today I have no motivation but I am planning food and did some shopping last night to accomodate the plan. My goal is to be below 160 into the 150's for February 1. Been fluctuating but I know why so I am determined. Hydrate, low fat and carbs. Protein at 100 g or more per day. 3 weeks to Valentine's day when I go away with my date for the weekend to a dance convention. We are really looking forward to it! Unpacking is going ok. I have more books than I intended to keep but that is ok. Happy Monday - hang in there!
