Fasted 21 hours yesterday, 22 hours today. Ended up at red robin last night. Gotta say, having the nutritional info posted is so helpful. Not like the olden days of dieting! I got a burger and bottomless side salad and brought half the burger home. Today i made more chicken parm mini muffins, roasted cauliflower and braised greens with bacon and black eyed peas in the instant pot. I also made a batch of apple/pear sauce in the crock pot. All came out good, but the greens are soooo good. I tend to be iron deficient, so i think i just crave them. Not authentic, but delicious nonetheless. I had the other half of my burger with a potato, cottage cheese, cauliflower, and greens. Applesauce for dessert.

Great job at Red Robin. I'm supposed to go for lunch on Thursday. Can't imagine a bottomless side salad? It's all I can do to eat one. Bottomless fries, I can understand, although I avoid.

Haha fritzy, i thought of you! We were planning to go to local bar, but it turned out to be closed Sundays. So rm suggested red robin. I already had my plan in mind bc i had told you on your thread.

Looks wonderful. Good job on the portion control. I love having the nutritional info on stuff, makes it much easier to decide Do I want that really? I'm also iron deficient so I crave things when it gets low. That bowl looks delicious

I made a ton of greens, i wish you all could come on over and have some. I should probably add that i had a fair amount of bourbon, and a few (maybe 3 or 4) fries, so the day was kind of a wash. But doing what i can and it is a new day.

I appreciate nutrition info in menus. It has kept me from choosing items that have calories using up my whole RDI. Making a conscious choice to eat half & take the rest home is good! Sometimes if I eat in a familiar resteraunt the hubby & I will choose something to share if we know it's a large portion.
