Decisions, decisions! My friend gave me a lasagna that weighs 8 pounds. She uses imported tomatoes, handmade meatballs, cheese she gets from the local farmstand. The lasagna from her kitchen is a miraculous creation! Now, do I bake it up and share it at my party tomorrow? Or do I bake it up, eat a sliver and then freeze the rest to feed myself for the rest of the winter? Decisions, decisions! Watching intake today, avoided the nasty cake on the share table, and had soup for lunch. Dancing tonight. Tonight should burn about 800 calories, 2 hours of hot dancing - both literally and figuratively hot, lots of sweating and very fast beat music. Can't wait! One small shopping trip planned tomorrow for the party, rehabbing my sink in the downstairs bathroom, and then setup for the party. Sunday there is a gift-wrapping event at noon, and then another dance later in the evening. Not sure I can go to both, as my knee has been twinging like I sprained something. Haven't been to the gym lately, so I thing that has something to do with that. Have a great weekend all! Stay hydrated! PS - figured out that the half glass of wine at night is part of what is keeping me awake, so no more wine at night! Or at all, since I probably won't drink wine during the day.
