I would love to be able to say I lost 10 pounds this year - down six from around this time last year so I am making progress. Smoothie again today. Mango, spinach, chia seeds, ginger, and a very ripe pear. Next time I will add lemon juice, just a touch. The recipe makes 1.5 cups and I add water to thin so I drink the smoothie all morning along with coffee and it is satisfying. Being slightly hungry makes everything taste good, and I brought tangerines for a snack for something refreshing after pasta for lunch. Been making vegetarian lunches for myself and that has been good. Today I had pasta in sauce and bean pasta in cheesy sauce with corn. Filling and tasty. Ok, Thursday, one more day to Friday!
