Before I stepped on the scale I told it I had been really good. Eaten within plan, no night time snacks and I had exercised a lot. I stepped on it and the scale said. WHATEVER!!!!

It might be better to threaten to jump up and down or stay there longer if it reads higher than you like.

Omg, I thought I was alone in talking to the scale before stepping on. Then getting annoyed when it ignores my assurances that I've been good and stays stuck on the same number. 🤣
