Thanks, liv! I'm about 6 away from "goal, " but I'm farther away when it comes to my fitness goals. I've got lots of catch up to do. 😢 Fighting fit by summer is my hope regardless of the scale! 😁

I'm working a pretty active job which keeps me getting in steps, but I haven't been going to the gym. I need to, but I'm doing body weight, bands, and dumbells at home to get me ready... And I'm trying so hard to restore the strength and reduce the pain in my knee so someday I can run again.. Or at least go on my really long, quick walks. Thank ls for asking... My motivation to work out isn't great right now. I know I'll feel so much better when I feel stronger... It just takes so much work to get there. 😩
