No time for the Smart Scale this morning. Last nights Monsoon left my front patio trashed. Thankfully lil sis was driving me to work this morning, or I wouldn't have been able to get out the front door. She's a true blessing.

Another day in the office, but I'm feeling marginally better today. Yesterday my body was not, although I did manage to finally GO after another week of nothing. Tried my standard Smooth Move Tea on Thursday night without result, so went ahead and took a Colace on Sunday. Still waiting for a response from GI's office! That's after speaking with someone for the 3rd time on Thursday, and being told that the Dr. had been sent an urgent message on my behalf. Such is life.

Is it Throwback Tuesday? Not sure, but decided I'd dressed the part today. Hard to tell since I can't stand up any straighter without something besides the wall to hold onto. There's a 23 lb difference from 12/15/2019 on the left and today on the right according to my FS weight history.
