Very nice pictures. Flowers are beautiful and the decorations are cheery. 

Isn't it crazy, Erquiaga? Leaves are mostly all off the trees, but my roses keep blooming. I'm going to make one last bouquet soon. 🌹 Thank you, southernace, Eva, and kattay! I absolutely love to have the decorations up even though they are very simple. It just makes the dreary, cloudy days brighter!!! 😁

Environment makes such a difference to our mental attitudes! Your decorations are beautiful. By the by the floor you have by your fireplace is the flooring I have in my living room, bedroom, study and hallway! Mine is maple tongue in groove and that looks like what you have! I love big family meals. In normal times I cook for 9 people but with my son gone this year it will be 8 if we can in fact all get together. Our province is skyrocketing in COVID cases - even leading our country on many days and we are not the most populous province! The jury is still out as to what we will do. My father in law is 89... a concern for us despite the fact he is incredibly non-compliant in his day to day life! 

Oh so lovely. I just love Christmas!
