Hi Abba, hope you're doing well. Ever hear from that Vet again? I kind of lost my umph for a while with the food too, but I think (now that Halloween candy is long gone) I am back to being very good. No cheating or overeating this week, well at least the last 4 days. Really want that 130 by Thanksgiving and it won't happen if I goof off. I'm sure I will eat too much on that day, so I need to get real NOW. Have a great weekend Abba!
