END OF MONTH UPDATE Highest weight 112.4 Lowest weight 108.6 Today 110.4 No high carb day in March Holding my weight here in keto land. Everything is pretty stable. Eating mostly low carb and will continue as long as possible. So far so good. I had planned to eat off plan in March as daughter had birthday but we elected not to travel so that did not work out. Saving it up for another time Exercise at home is going pretty good. Always have to work on motivation. Running seems to be cancelled today. It is really snowing. Have to find something cardio on youtube maybe and try a brisk walk. Hope everyone has a nice safe day!!! (whatever day this may be)

Thanks JC. Same to upi. Situps are hard and I think we often tend to use the hips rather than the abs when we try them. But I am doing my make-abs-and-biceps one woman challenge so I am doing some every day.

Good job eating well and staying sane! I'm not eating good right now, but have finished the snacks I bought so will settle down again. Need to learn even with a stay at home order I can't have snacks in the house! It's so easy for me to do nothing at all every day if I want. I try to make sure I have a couple chores to complete at least daily. Exercise is difficult right now. Too much pollen to go outside and it's been windy which makes my allergies worse. But, like always, you inspire me to try to do something.

Thanks Fritzy. Outside is looking bad here right now... snow and ice. I have some yoga mats laying down all over so i remember to exercise some.
