Today is my one year anniversary here!! That went fast. I was hoping for a decent drop for today but I will take this because one year ago I was 269 lbs in October and 265 lbs the day I joined FS. My goal of Onederland is so close!! Onwards and downwards 💪💚💜

JC 63lbs that is an impressive drop I will be happy to do half that in a year, I am working on a two to three year project or even more taking me up to my sixtieth than maintenance. JC you are one amazing women.

jc my friend, you are always such an encouragement to everyone and such a strong person! We all stand with you and feel your pain and all the stress that you're under. You have been through so much the past 3 years so take time for yourself. Dis-ease, meds, steroids, stress and the busyness makes your body produce cortisol which makes body fat, especially on your stomach area. For you to do all that you're doing, working and going to school and being a mama, you have made a huge tremendous stride in weight loss this past year. We all say, "Well done to you JC my friend, you're doing great!"

That is quite an accomplishment to have stayed on the site and worked at it for one year. From being on this site I have looked back at my life and I can see why I have gained weight at times. My reasons were injuries, fatigue and at times not managing my time. I want to remember that if this ever happens to me again I need to drop the workout or moving calories in order to maintain until I am able to "move" again. Wishing you success JC!
