So first Physical Therapy appointment this morning before work. Now going out to lunch with my former boss whom my current boss can't stand.
I know I'm just asking for trouble, but what can I say. Carrabba's Italian Grill, so you know it's going to be a challenge to stay on target, but I will cuz there's only one pound to go to make this weeks goal!

Great drop!! Carrabba’s isn’t too bad, the last time I was there I think I got some kind of chicken breast, asparagus and a salad, it was good! Hope PT went well!

Italian restaurants are really hard for me when I'm trying to stay Keto because of all the pasta and bread. LOVE the bread sticks at Olive Garden.

Hey #davidsprincess my former boss (from 4 years ago) has been a friend since 1999, so while she may have gotten on my last nerve from time to time and just like family expected way more from me than any boss should require of an employee, I never disliked her. My current boss is the broad that came in my office back in office and yelled that she didn't like me so that the entire office could hear her. I may not have been fond of her before that, but I didn't outright dislike of her until then. Hey #Debbie Cousins thanks always for the support. Yep, I caved and had a slice of bread with butter, and still haven't figured out how my salad could have been 370 calories when there was no cheese, no protein, and only 2 small olives (which I generously gave to my friend). Damn!
