Held today, ate fairly well (1/2 c frozen yogurt aside, but within cals) and did gardening, housework, took dogs to the beach, washed the car, and did the shopping. Can't believe it's so late already. These summer days go by so fast. Still some stuff I want done before the end of the weekend. It's so pleasant this year, I love it. Just ate a Costco salad without the chicken. I put it away since I had the chicken sausages. This salad had 3.5 oz of chicken breast if anyone needs it for future reference. I used my own dressing, stashed croutons for another day. Thinking about having an end of summer party since it's ending soon. Ah well, life is good. Dogs love the car wash!
