So figured out how to use the laptop camera but not the best way to take a photo. My 4 1/2 years here on FS have seen me go from 8/4/2015 at 299.5 to 8/4/2017 @ 251 BC to 8/4/18 @ 252.5 AC to today. GRR... still happy for the 38 lbs lost. Faded Glory 3X (22-24)

Way to go getting away from 300. I went from 295 to 275 from January to now and this last month it has gone consistently up and down 3-4 pounds. My calories are done for today and I don't know if I can not start snacking tonight, I will probably be up late since I slept in today.

The medicines and steroids they give you for BC don’t allow for weight loss. I was sicker than a dog, not actually physically puking but couldn’t eat without feeling like I wanted to. I still gained weight. Most of mine was AFTER which surprised my drs but they said they knew it would come eventually. You’ve been though a lot and it didn’t help your weight losses. But it does get easier as your body readjusts to its new ‘normal’.

You’ve done a great job. I am bouncing around. The steroid cream I use for Psoriasis might be messing with me too. If it is I am feeling better about what I’ve lost. It’s hard as hell and I wave my loss proudly and stay on track.
