I know what my problem is and that is I do not exercise. I need to get out and walk every day, and I have a weight lifting program that I can do at home so, gotta do it. I do think that's the key point missing. I know from when it actually worked that 1100 calories is the threshold for losing because 1300 average maintains my current weight. I have been at this so many years! More vegetables: broccoli, brussel sprouts, salads. No fried food, alcohol, butter. Not sure I can give up bread. Anyway exercise is key. Will shoot for 1000 calories a day, low fat, protein 50 g plus, fiber 20 to 25 g.
