Well, WW is not working for me so maybe I need to quit it or else get my cousin to meet me at the in-person weekly talks. I might start tracking here again. I am definitely overeating.
Fridge is "stuck in Canada" maybe I will get delivery by American Thanksgiving time. I want a style that is counter depth, with no ice maker or water dispenser because I won't use those features and they take up space in the fridge anyway.
Maybe I will keep searching and see if I can come up with something. My current fridge still works.

There’s a transportation strike going on in Canada, if that’s what’s holding it up, you may want to explore those other options.

I did WW a couple times and it worked pretty well. I think it was the once a week weigh in.I did not want a bigger number from the week before. I first started drinking non fat milk while on WW. Back then you had to have do much dairy,fruit, etc. It was like a glass of half milk half water but eventually I got used to it and never went back to whole milk. You'll find something else that will work for you. Hope you get your refrigerator soon.
