So when I first was on Fatsecret, they used to track WW points and I canceled my membership to Weight Watchers and started here. I did ok at that point. Then FS changed and didn't track the points anymore. My cousin was a WW coach for a long time, so recently I said I was looking for tips to lose and she of course immediately said join weight watchers. Also don't weigh myself until I had done a week following the WW program. I will journal every once in a while, but I am logging on the WW app and following the point system and will come back and weigh in next week!
