No change in weight. 155 pounds, 31.7% fat=49 pounds, 25%muscle=39 pounds muscle. Interestingly, the muscle percent has not changed although I have lost 8 pounds meaning theoretically I have lost 2 pounds of muscle and 4 pounds of fat, so 2 pounds of what? to make 8 pounds. Going by NSV: the white pants fit, now to find the red pnats and see where they are at. Would hate to get too skinny to wear them (NOT! - would love to blow by a pant size!) Posting items on line for giveaway, got some takers, very happy about that, now to batten down some more hatches and freecycle more stuff. 2PM already - I only have a couple of hours to get outside for yard work! Had leftovers today, will have a meal later. Tracking as I eat, since I am my own wildcard when it comes to predicting what I will eat.
