Had migraines for 30 years. Prevented them with twice a day magnesium glycinate for the last 10 years.

You can still have comfort food and not be cheating on your diet, provided you eat a small portion (eat like a thin person to become a thin person).

Have any of you folks with a migraine history touched base with your doctors recently? I don’t have them so I don’t really keep up on the latest but fro what I have seen is they have come up with a couple new meds and procedures to block them. Might be worth a GOOGLE for information then follow up with your doc to see if you might be a candidate.

@Kenna Morton my daughter gets them and has some of the new meds. I don't get them enough to get the injections or strong drugs - if I wake up with one, it's too late for meds anyway. Would definitely not do any procedure to block them due to the side effects not outweighing the not-guaranteed benefit.
