Warning - today's post may include TMI! (too much information!)
This week's goal: clear pee. Old camping rule is to drink enough water that what comes out liquid is clear or nearly clear - my goal this week is to focus on output as much as input. Ok, that's it, the rest will be my usual venting/sharing/philosophizing.
I went contradancing 3 nights in a row (Thurs, Fri, and Sat) and my knees started bothering me late Saturday night). I have never had knee problems so that was eye-opening. I have got to keep on this path to better health, losing weight and doing strenghtening exercises, like body pump at my gym.
My friend Woody continues to pursue me: he gave me a book on taxes! So romantic! That is going well. We are going on an actual date next Saturday night - dinner and a movie. And contradancing Monday and Thursday, so I will get to see him during the week. And exercise at the same time. Bonus!
Eating is going well - and my weight is down so I am excited! Seems like working at losing does pay off. Who'd a thunk it? lol!

Abba it might be TMI but you're so right, pee has to be clear. I check that every morning (during the day too). Limpid, unclouded, and not yellow. In Ayurveda that is a sign of good health. Have a good day!

Never too much information here...lol sounds like you have an exciting week ahead and although a book on taxes may not be romantic it sure shows that you are in his thoughts...awesome Abba!

Hi abba! I think I like that old camping rule as well as focusing on output as much as input (never heard it put quite that way before). Again, I really like Woody. It may not sound romantic, but he's thinking about what you are doing so, in a way, it really is. Also, with all that dancing you are getting the absolute best exercise imho. Have a great Sunday!

I Abba, wow what have I missed here. Sounds like you have a new "interest". Sometimes the "reason" you get a gift from a guy means more than the actual gift. Sounds like he is quite interested. How are YOU feeling about it all? All that dancing should have you dropping some pounds soon. It seems you are really enjoying it. Lots of companionship with all those folks too.
