Should not have had that bagel today. Or maybe only should have had one piece of pizza. My friend retired today - I stopped at the donut place to get him a gift certificate. Free coffee day! If you buy something. I didn't need coffee or a bagel! Any way, probably could have given him a $20 bill instead. Tomorrow will have to be a lean day!
Might have to get back on the Rapid Fat Loss diet - that worked really well. Still cleaning out my fridge of leftover food, it's going slowly, there is so much bread in my fridge it slows down how much volume I can eat out of there. Is there a bread diet?
Will get better at tracking. Made some herbal tea cold brew so I am drinking that at night instead of going out for ice cream. Ice cream place is open until Thanksgiving so there is no rush to get "end of season" ice cream time in.

Rapid Fat Loss diet? Sounds intriguing! In OKC we have a local ice cream chain that never closes, so there's never any real danger of not being able to get ice cream, LOL!

The Rapid Fat Loss Diet - by Lyle McDonald @Taurielfan I tried it and lost 15 pounds in 6 weeks or so. I have kept off most of them since March even through the quarantines and restrictions. Might do another 4 weeks starting in October.
