NSV: ran out of laundry and grabbed a pair of pants off the closet floor. Turned out they were new-with-tags pants that I bought during my optimistic phase and they didn't fit but now they do! Squeezed in but I could still sit down in them and they weren't stretch types! Trying harder to stick to the diet and planning ahead for the bad times - had pizza and cookies today, but trolled those into my carb-loading day and my average for the month is hovering around 1000 calories a day, which is a goo dweight loss amount. March I hav emore planning to follow and hoping to lose 10 pounds by the first week of April for the workshop weekend that my friend invited me to!
