I still eat almonds a couple of days a week. I have to limit my potassium, so I can't have them every day. LOVE them. Never bored! Have a great day.

Oh gosh so cold. The temperature is always hot here, >30°C all year long 😅 ((except for some high altitude areas, like my home town. 20-30°C))
