Danced last night, went for ice cream and counted the calories in my daily plan, so I hit a good number yesterday. Filling the water bottles at work and I have one for home also.
Weigh in tomorrow. 1000 calories wasn't too hard the last couple of days, and I could also be cutting out ice cream if I really had to! Haha!
I'm still kinda discouraged but plugging away however badly (did someone say Halloween candy?) but next month I have a lot of people on board with the No-bread November so am looking forward to really hitting it hard. I could still lose 15 pounds by the end of the year if I have no distractions.
