Thursday! Busy weekend ahead, and making plans for my birthday in two weeks!
Sticking to my plan, got my fitbit charged and synced. Amazing caller tonight, so I am dancing 2 plus hours tonight.
Prepped some food and been logging. I have been getting to bed early, waking in the middle of the night, so planned to add warm milk at 2 am to get protein and help me get back to sleep, which worked really well!
Gettin my head into the mindset to lose 20 pounds by Christmas. I have done it before, and I know I can do it again! Even 10 would be great, but shooting for 20!
