Day 6: Have to add water today. Ran out of blueberries and had apple and strawberry instead for breakfast which totally masked the stevia flavor of the protein powder. I am liking the smoothies which I never did before, so might keep this up after the detox is over. The blender is on the counter now, so why not?
On April 26 (Day 11) I will start my shop-and-log plan, got it all counted up at HappyForks.com and even have a nutrition label! Less than 1100 calories a day, with 28 grams of fiber per day. I'll go shopping over the weekend and start prepping to roll out of the detox and into only having to track once a day or if I eat elsewhere besides the fridge. Luckily have a fridge at work so I can really control what I eat. Also figured out that the kashi bar has the same number of calories and fiber as the black bean brownies I made, so I will just stock up on the premade ones.
This weekend will be prep time for May 1 - but my baby daughter is in a play (she's 25) and my older daughter and I will go to dim sum and then to her matinee on Sunday.
It really paid off to take a vacation day Wednesday - I cleaned up a room and am really pleased with how it turned out. I will tackle room number 4 over the weekend, as well as attending a birthday party Saturday night. Just so busy as usual!
