Broke even yesterday CICO by 10:30, so maybe burned another 100 or so before the end of the day. Thank goodness I went to the gym, or else I would have been way over in calories. My neighbor at a bakery asked for help closing and gave me some baked goods as a reward, which I ate with some yummy cheese I have in the fridge. If I had skipped the cookie, I would have been ok. I will have to dance tonight to make up for that thing, and have already committed to dancing tomorrow. Then weight-lifting again over the weekend. So I am not optimistic about weight loss this Saturday at weigh-in time, but I am sticking mostly to the plan. Bought new dance shoes and that has helped my arthritic toe tremendously so pain isn't my first thought when I consider dancing. Also going to go back to the skim milk in my coffee so I don't have to remember to take a calcium supplement. I don't like the taste of the heavy cream which I really thought I would! The carbs are sneaking in! Hence my calorie count approach, as I absolutely know that a strict keto protocol would not work for me. Will have to do high-protein today to make up for yesterday!
