Had a tv dinner last night when I got home - I had the calories mostly so that was a good time to avoid cooking. I am planning to make my own frozen dinners. I have a weight watchers recipe magazine and I will make up some of the recipes and freeze the portions. Many of them sounded good and also freezable. I have to make some butternut squash items to use up the squash I have in the freezer already - soup is the plan but maybe I will make muffins or sugar-free vegan brownies which also sound delicious and a healthy substitute for cheese crackers as a snack. There are way too many carbs in the tv dinners. And way too much salt - forgot about that and woke up with swollen fingers today. I have set myself a huge goal: into the 120's by Christmas. That means 5 pounds a month, which is really doable, I just have to do it.
