Watching the Olympics tonight! I actually went to Korea in 1988 for my honeymoon, at the Seoul Olympics. Great trip. The culture there was so different in a lot of ways and also a lot the same. Having a hard week with food but I have tomorrow to get my meals straightened, including getting some good salad stuff. I had a kale and brussel sprout salad kit last week but the seeds and dressing put it into a high-calorie meal for lunch. Going to get lettuces and eat simple salads. My friend who passed away at 92 last year used to make a nice chopped salad with minced onions, chopped oranges, a sprinkle of pepitas (which I figured out are pumpkin seeds). Tomorrow I am helping my friend work out at our gym. That will be a second weight lifting for the week. We did aerobics today so that will be 4 workouts with another night dancing Monday.
