So much anxiety now, and in a lot of parts of my life but strangely not my diet.

Having drinkers in the house has been a challenge but they leave tomorrow so I am enjoying the sharing experience and tracking the calories and will move on.

Realtor contacted me about the condo we are getting in Arizona in the spring! Yay. Our trip is really happening!

On the other hand, my trainer is not at the gym anymore but the people at the gym are nice so I will keep going there. My friend who also joined has not made it once. So annoying. But she keeps saying "soon" so I am hopeful.

My dad's taxes are due. He passed away over a year ago and I have to get my act together to finalize everything before the end of the year. Hope to get it done this week, before Sunday. Not a lot of actual physical work, but a lot of emotional baggage to get beyond.
