Week is not going as planned. I twisted by big toe side of the foot on a root and now I am hobbling around. I did find one good exercise to do. I kayak with my foot elevated! . I will lift a bit today using my bench and I have been doing some yoga. Also mustard oil because why not!

Poor toe! I've thought about getting a kayak. I'm afraid of getting lost on it and not being able to get back. That water is amazing. Glad you can exercise. I'm having difficulty catching up to you 🤣💪
