Quiet day today - paperwork, cleaning up the office, project moving along slowly. Lots of relaxing today - conscious destressing!
I had chinese again today - yum! And leftovers for dinner too! Trying to keep things below 1000 - one egg foo yong patty. Small bit of fried rice! Veggies.
I hate waiting - wish I was done losing weight already!
Daughter is not doing homework - so aggravating! I think she is playing off her stress over the break-up by avoiding homework more than usual!
Little things mean a lot - read that in Psychology Today. Mind the minutiae and it will add up. So, I brought a fiber bar for breakfast instead of an egg and cheese wrap, and I brought a peanut butter Weight Watchers bar for the drive home (instead of a donut!). Yay for me!
