Went to site, needed that encouragement. Steps to take to feel more OK with you. Need to release negative image through the journey and love self now at whatever weight.

I read the article. Thank you for the recommendation! I really needed that reality check. I think reading something like this at the beginning of my weight loss journey really changed things.

Funny -- I had a journal entry a couple of weeks back that kind of touched on this very thing -- how I when I was first starting this journey (about 5 months and ~45 lbs. ago), I would look at fit people out on the track/trail and just assume that they've 'had it together' when it comes to weight/fitness since birth -- that it must just be something that comes naturally to them. Now that I'm trimmer and fitter, when I cross paths with someone heavier I wonder if they make the same 'assumptions' about me [in which case, of course, they couldn't be MORE wrong as I continue to battle familiar demons and struggle in this process and likely will indefinitely no matter if I reach (nor how long I maintain) 'goal' weight (or size/shape).]

Sugar, you can either use 'Ctrl' and '+' together or 'ctrl' and use your mouse to scroll and make the print size larger or smaller.

This is so very true. You can be fit, healthy and happy without being in the gym 8 hours a day. Who wants that for a life? I did it once for about a year and missed so much, but I had quite the bod then.

Or you clould search for it, which is how I found the article. I already knew not to run after the so-called ideal bodyshape we are being force-fed with by the media but this article is a well-written and pleasant to read reminder for us not to do so. Thank you for sharing.
