Today, I have to admit, I had a moment while I was walking for exercise, when I thought: oh, I am not going to make it. I will be fat the whole rest of my life. I will never lose another pound, I'll be 40-50 pounds overweight forever!
Thank you all for being here - I see so many of you who have gotten to your goal weights! How long will it take? ONE DAY AT A TIME! Really, the only thing I need to worry about is today and tomorrow. Can I put together a healthy dinner for 4 or 5 points? Can I put together my healthy plan for tomorrow? I think I can.
Today I added some fiber to my coffee. I had two weight watcher snacks with me, and ate them both instead of donut holes which I had yesterday. Yesterday the donut holes and french fries that I bought were both dry and the fries were cold! So, I had no DESIRE for fast food today! I had carrots and broccoli slaw. My lunch I had late, at a nice diner, and I had an egg sandwich, a small pile of homefries, BACON, and coffee. Instead of tea I had a HUGE cup of iced coffee, decaf for the drive home. I stayed within my penny "BUDGET"!
I also have to admit: I don't want to go to the gym tonight. My friend is out of town - I would have to in the rain without dinner because I have been stalling! Well, I have til 10 tonight to get there. I also have weights at home so no excuses! Gotta tighten up the flabby flabby bits - the cafeteria lady arms, like my superintendent calls them!
